Win a Year of Undies: Terms & Conditions
- Promoter: Spikey Pike, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia (sales@spikeypike.com).
- Promotion period: Opens on the date of publication and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 19 November 2026.
- Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
- How to enter: Submit a valid email address via any competition entry form on spikeypike.com. No purchase is necessary. Limit of one entry per person; duplicate entries will be disregarded.
- Draw: One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Friday 20 November 2026 at the promoter's Brisbane premises.
- Prize: 12 pairs of Spikey Pike underwear, one pair shipped per month for 12 consecutive months, styles and prints chosen by the winner from available stock. Delivery within Australia is included. Total prize value up to AUD $350.
- Notification: The winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw and their first name and state may be published on Spikey Pike's social media. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the promoter may redraw.
- Prize conditions: The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a chosen item is unavailable, the promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
- Marketing: By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Spikey Pike, including early access to sales and new products. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Privacy: Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
- General: The promoter's decision is final. The promoter is not responsible for late, lost or incomplete entries, or technical failures. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
