The main difference between the two is that the Big Boy pouch provides an additional two inches of pouch coverage, adding an extra inch to each side. The Regular pouch is a standard men's size. However, the Big Boy is designed to accommodate larger men and provides more room. This extra space is especially beneficial for the larger than average man and if in between pouch sizes for wetlook fabric, which can feel warmer and has less stretch than our other materials
